history

The production of aluminium powders started in the former Vlárské strojírny company.

Since 1961 the production has been centralized into newly constructed buildings, which have been expanded and are still used today.

During the period from 1963 until 1978 was also manufactured the aluminium granulated powder besides the aluminium powders and pastes. The original focus on the production of pyrotechnic aluminium powders has been complemented by powders and pastes not only for areated concrete but also for industrial lacquers and coatings.

The joint-stock company ALBO SCHLENK a.s. Bojkovice was established as a consequence of the privatization of the state property by separation from the former Vlárské strojírny Bojkovice named ZEVETA s. p. at the time of privatization.

The chief stockholder is the German company CARL SCHLENK AG since 1993, which produces aluminium and goldbronze powders and pastes as well as copper sheets more than 125 years.

The company ALBO SCHLENK s.r.o. celebrated 10th anniversary of its foundation. Now, the company works successfully more that 10 year with its products for building industry, lacquer industry and printing industry on the home market as well as abroad.
